So, I was forced to get up early on Saturday. Mom bought tickets for the Music Box at the Max for LaRon Williams. He's a story teller that uses rhythm instruments. We sat on the floor really close to him. We got to sing one of my favroite songs "The Wheels on the Bus". Then we also sang "Peanut Butter and Jelly". We got to clap a lot and get up and do the locomotion. Then the director of music education came on stage and invited us all the see the Thanksgiving Young People's Concert with our Tiny Tots ticket. Mom said that was a great deal and took us in (tickets are usually $40 and we got in for $12). I got to hear the DSO for the very first time! They were really good. I enjoyed the music and they even played a piece by Copland that mom played at her last concert.
We had to leave for the last 15 minutes because I had to go potty. They sure have fancy potties at Orchestra Hall!
They also had clowns there making balloon animals (I got a purple dog), I got a blue kitty tattoo, and I got to color a viola and a frog. It was really fun. Who know the Max could be so much fun?? We're going again in December for a Tiny Tots Carribbean Christmas. Tickets are only $9.00. Let me know if you want to go.
Here is me at the Max.
